'US has all the rights but no freedom, Russia has freedom but no rights'

Despite the long Cold War - or perhaps because of it - Russians have always had a thing for hamburgers and milkshakes. It's a yearning Paul O'Brien sought to satisfy when he brought the very first American diner to the country. ­His chain of Starlight diners was an instant hit in Moscow.
